Composers Riikka Talvitie and Teemu Mastovaara discuss their works with audio samples at the opening of the exhibition Puu ei laula yksin [A tree does not sing alone]. We will also hear news from the Kurdish territory in northern Syria and the Green Trees planting project there, with a contribution by activist Marko Ulvila.

 

Tampering Trio: ’Dialogues’

The Tampering Trio presents a concert titled Dialogues, featuring premieres of works by composition students at the Sastamala Music Institute, the Pirkanmaa Music Institute and the Tampere Conservatory. This marks the culmination of a unique collaboration between musicians and composition students that began in autumn 2025. A new work by a member of Tampering is also on the programme.
